Dan Warner is producer, writer and studio guitarist hailing from Miami, Florida. As a session musician his credits are vast including Nelly Furtado, Madonna, Pink, Ricky Martin, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Kelly Clarkson, Damien “Jr. Gong” Marley, Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Barry Gibb, Teddy Geiger, T Pain, Cheyenne Kimball, Clay Aiken, Timbaland, Pussy Cat Dolls, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Hudson, One Republic, The Rapture, Chris Cornell (Audioslave / Soundgarden) and The Hives.

In 2006 Dan was nominated as a producer for “Record of the Year” for the Latin Grammys for the song “Acompaname” for artist Ricardo Arjona. The album won the Latin Grammy for “Best Male Pop Album” and has been nominated for the 2007 Grammy Awards for “Best Latin Pop Album”. Other production credits include a who’s who of Latin music royalty including Luis Fonsi, David Bisbal, Luis Enrique, Ednita Nazario, Gisselle, Anais and Tommy Torres.

As a writer, Dan has had some very major successes. In 2008 he won an Emmy for the You Tube phenomena “I’m F***ing Matt Damon” starring Sarah Silverman. The video is one of the most watched in viral video history. He is a co-writer on the #1 song in the UK “Grace Kelly” by the British artist Mika and is featured in numerous movies and television shows including “What Happens In Vegas”, “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry”, “Confessions of a Shopaholic” and “Ugly Betty”. The album has sold over 6 million units and the song notched nearly a million downloads on iTunes and was the largest selling song on iTunes UK for 2007. His song “Push” co-written with Enrique Iglesias and Lil’ Wayne was featured in the movie “Step Up 2”. He has written for other artists including Mario Vasquez, Valeria, Alejandro Sanz and Luis Fonsi.

Dan is very active in the music community. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Florida Chapter of NARAS (The Grammys). Through NARAS he has participated in countless events including career days, showcases and outreach to young aspiring musicians. He has participated in several national Grammy initiatives in Washington DC lobbying rights and intellectual property laws for songwriters, artists and musicians. He is a voting member for the Grammys, Latin Grammys and the Emmys.
